American Indian Family Center: Cultural and community organization providing services to American Indian families, with an emphasis on raising healthy children.

Hmong American Partnership: Founded in 1990, the organization provides services such as language classes, job training and housing assistance principally to immigrants.
Lao Family Community of Minnesota: Nonprofit organization founded in 1977 to provide services such as job counseling and English language classes primarily to Hmong residents.
Penumbra Theater Company: Theater company based in the Summit-University neighborhood that seeks to illuminate the African American experience.
YWCA of St. Paul: Nonprofit organization that provides services such as housing assistance, tutoring and fitness programs.
